Terms and Conditions For Affiliates of The Creator Economy Convention 2026

1. Affiliate EligibilityYou must be invited by LIA or approved through our official affiliate application.Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and dashboard to track clicks, sales, and commissions.2. Commission StructureYou will earn 20% commission on the final ticket price (after any discount) for each sale made through your referral link.Commission is calculated on the amount successfully charged via Stripe, excluding refunds or chargebacks.3. Discounts and PromotionsCommissions apply to all tiers of tickets (e.g. Early Bird, General, VIP), but are based on the actual price paid by the customer.If you promote a discounted link, your commission will be 20% of the discounted amount.4. Tracking & AttributionAll sales must be tracked through your unique affiliate link.A 30-day tracking cookie applies; if someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, the commission is attributed to you.5. PayoutsCommissions will be paid via PayPal, and will be generated 30 days after each month.6. Refunds, Cancellations, and FraudIf a ticket is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or marked as fraud, the associated commission will be voided.We reserve the right to adjust commissions if we detect abuse, fraud, or accidental over-crediting.7. Promotion GuidelinesAffiliates may not use misleading claims, impersonation, or spammy tactics.All promotions must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate and may receive a commission.You may use your own email list, social media, podcast, or website — but must not run paid ads using our brand name or URL without written permission.8. TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate your affiliate access at any time, with or without cause.Any outstanding commissions (subject to these terms) will be honored unless termination is due to violation of policy.9.
